Q: What is the Course about?
A: This Course is basics course on Management. This would help learners to understand the various functions of management and its importance.





Q: How will I learn ?
A: The course follows a weekly pattern divided into modules where each module consists of watching certain e-content, reading material, additional reading material will facilitate learning. Along with this there will be interaction with faculty and peers which will further add to learning process.





Q: How will I be assessed ?
A: Scheme of Examination & Evaluation:<br />The evaluation of bonafide students of “Certificate Course in Basics in Management” admitted shall be based on <br />A) 40 % online assessment and 60% Proctored Examination which will be conducted after the completion of course.<br />The Scheme of Online Assessment would consists marks for watching videos, reading supportive material, participation in forum, attempting multiple choice questions and submitting the assignments. <br />Scheme of Online Assessment<br />Mode of Assessment Marks Criteria<br />Watching all videos 04 -<br />Reading all material 04 -<br />Participation in Forum 04 -<br />MCQ Marks 14 Best 3 weekly scores for MCQs will be selected for marks subject to maximum of 14 Marks.<br />Assignment 14 Best 1 Week score for Assignments will be selected for marks subject to maximum of 14 marks. <br />Total Marks 40 <br /><br />• MCQs consists of 5 multiple choice questions of 1 mark each per week<br />• Assignments consist of 3 short questions of 2 marks each and 2 long questions of 4 marks each.<br /><br />B) Standard of Passing:<br />A student who attains at-least 40% marks in both internal assessments and final examination separately would be a minimum standard of passing.<br />Post which certificate of Completion will be awarded<br />

A: No, there is no age limit for taking this course.





Q: Is taking final exam compulsory?
