Sikha Ahmad is an academician in Department of Economics, School of Social Sciences, Doon University, Dehradun. She is a Gold medalist in Economics from Gauhati University. She specializes in Mathematical Economics and Econometrics. Her research interests includes  Behavioural Economics, Neuroeconomics, Econophysics and Tourism. 

She has worked for a DST (Department of Science and Technology, Govt. of India) Project titled “Intelligent System for Tourism Industry”. 

She is sincere and diligent and loves to train and guide young minds. Gifted with a curious mind, she strives for excellence at work and in research. She is a doer and a learner with positive attitude and gives importance to quality of work. She is skilled in creative thinking, decision making, problem-solving, critical thinking and self management.


Ishteyaaq Ahmad

Uttaranchal University, Dehradun
Ishteyaaq Ahmad is an academician in Department of Computer Application, Uttaranchal Institute of Management, Uttaranchal University, Dehradun. He is having more than 16 years of teaching experience. His areas of interest include Online education, Social Media Technologies, Programming, Software Engineering and Artificial Intelligence.

He has to his credit two e-Learning courses in the form of Open Educational Resources for Commonwealth of Learning (COL). He is also a recipient of Young Scientist and Professional research grant funded by Department of Science & Technology, Government of India. He is a Fellow of India School on Internet Governance (inSIG2017) organised by Internet Society. He is skilled in critical thinking, creativity, problem-solving and self-management.

Course certificate

This course is free to enroll and learn but if you want a certificate you will have to submit the graded assignments and appear for an external proctored online examination. For more information about NTA SWAYAM Examination, please visit https://www.nta.ac.in/Swayamexam
The total marks for the examination is 100 marks distributed between Internal Assessment of 30 marks and external proctored online examination of 70 marks.
Criteria for earning a certificate/credit: 40% in internal assessment and 40% in external proctored examination separately (overall 40% is pass percentage)
