Padmini Srinivasan

Dr. Padmini Srinivasan is an Associate Professor, Finance & Accounting Area at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB). She is a Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary by practice. She received her Ph.D. from the National Law School of India University. Her areas of expertise and interests include Financial Accounting, Financial Statement Analysis, Management Accounting and Corporate Governance and Accountability. 
Prior to joining IIMB, she worked in industry for more than 14 years in various positions in Treasury, Planning, MIS and Accounting. She is a corporate trainer and a consultant to several organizations. Her research interests are in the areas of Corporate Governance and Accountability, Corporate Reporting and Disclosures, Value Relevance of Accounting Numbers and Management Education.
